Hoster-Check.at Reviews

Automatically invite your customers to review your hosting on Hoster-Check.at after they purchase a service. Reviews submitted through the invite link are flagged as "Verified customer", which builds far more trust than anonymous ratings — and brings you more genuine reviews over time.

How it works

When a customer completes a purchase, the extension generates a personal, single-use review link and emails it to them. The email contains a short message and a "Review us" button. A review left via that link is automatically marked as coming from a confirmed paying customer.

Configurable

• Trigger — send the invitation either when a service is created or when an order is finalized.
  
• Cooldown — limit how often the same customer is invited (default: one invite per 90 days), so nobody gets spammed if they order several services.
  
• Email subject & intro — fully customizable, with a {name} placeholder for the customer's name. Sensible localized defaults are provided if you leave them blank.
  
• API key — connect the extension to your hoster profile (found in your Hoster-Check.at hoster panel under "API").
  

Privacy-first

No personal data ever leaves your Paymenter installation. Customers are referenced only by a salted hash — Hoster-Check.at never receives their name, email, or client ID.

Languages

Ships with English and German; the customer email follows your panel's locale.
