Accept manual SEPA bank transfers the professional way — across all 37 SEPA
countries, with a scannable QR code, automatic BIC detection and
reconciliation-ready payment references. No API keys, no monthly fees, no
external services.

── Features ──

Most "bank transfer" options just print an IBAN and leave the rest to luck.
Customers mistype the reference, payments can't be matched, and invoices get
stuck. SEPA Transfer fixes all of that:

• Scannable QR (GiroCode / EPC) on the payment page and in the customer email. The customer scans it with their banking app and the whole transfer is pre-filled — amount, IBAN, reference. No typos.
  
• Automatic BIC & bank-name detection from the IBAN, fully offline. No external API, no data leaves your server. Missing bank? Add it in one line.
  
• ISO 11649 RF references that travel unchanged through every SEPA bank — ideal if you match incoming payments automatically.
  
• All 37 SEPA countries with full IBAN validation.
  
• 6 customer languages — English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch — fixed or automatic per customer. Add your own as needed.
  
• Built-in status page that checks your setup, renders a live QR to test, and shows exactly what your customers will see.
  
• Beautiful HTML emails for the customer (with QR) and an admin notification the moment someone chooses bank transfer.
  
• Payment deadline shown consistently on the page and in the email.

── Setup in 3 steps ──

1. Copy the Banktransfer folder into extensions/Gateways/.
   
2. In the admin panel: Gateways → Create → Banktransfer (pre-filled with a test IBAN so it works immediately).
   
3. Open the status page, scan the live QR to verify, then enter your own bank details and save.

• Invoices in EUR (SEPA Credit Transfer is EUR-only by definition)
