CouponLink lets you apply coupon codes through urls like billing.example.com?coupon=badcoupon . Even outside the normal checkout pages unlike paymenter allows.
It also supports optional affiliate linking so a coupon code can be connected to an affiliate user and set the referral cookie automatically when that coupon is used.
